The Book and The Movie Differnces
The between the movie and the novel had other interesting things different that the movie. Sometimes when books are turned into movies the director reads the book and makes a few changes to the movie. And I will explain and tell some of the changes that were in the movie compared to the novel In the movie first Abraham Lincoln's grandfather tells him that vampires are real. Then Abraham had a friend who was African American, but in the 1800 centuries colored people were slaves. In the movie Abraham never meets his grandfather and he never told him that vampires were real, the person who told him that they were real was Henry Sturges. William, Abraham's African American friend, was saved by Abraham in the movie, but in the novel Abraham bought William's family and sets them free. Mary Todd, Abraham's wife never had a dad who was a vampire, later on in the novel Abraham had pity on her dad and lets him live, but he could only suck blood from the animals, not the humans. Finally the final change in the book and the novel is that James Wilkes Booth was never shown in the movie and he didn't assassinate Abraham Lincoln in the ending. Then in novel it says that Wilkes kills Abraham and shoots him in the head.
